Carlos brings a powerful combination of entrepreneurial leadership and deep cultural passion to our organization. As the owner of Carlos Contractor's LLC, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to building and investing in his community. His dedication to Latino culture runs equally deep as the founder and director of Comparsa De Chinelos Orgullo Morelense and Los Chinelitos cultural performance groups that beautifully represent and celebrate the richness of Latino folkloric tradition.
His vision, work ethic, and heartfelt connection to the community make him a natural fit for the Nuestras Raíces family. We are excited about the leadership, experience, and cultural pride he brings to our mission of educating, promoting, and preserving Latino heritage in Baltimore.
