MSAC advances the arts in our state by providing leadership that champions creative expression, diverse programming, equitable access, lifelong learning, and the arts as a celebrated contributor to the quality of life for all the people of Maryland. MSAC awards grants to non-profit, tax-exempt organizations for ongoing arts programming and projects. The vision of the Latino Racial Justice Circle is to create opportunities throughout Maryland for meaningful, authentic dialogue about race relations with people of different cultures. As a result, the Circle hopes to form cross-cultural, faith based communities focused on spiritual growth and improving social relationships. The Latino Racial Justice Circle stands in solidarity with the Latino Community and will partner with existing faith traditions and social justice programs.
